This depositing line consists of jacket dissolving cooker, gear pump, storage strainer, storage tank, discharging pump, color & flavor jigger, color & flavor mixer, depositor, cooling tunnel, electric control cabinet, etc.

The production line is a stand-alone system capable of full production duties. With speeds up to 300kg gummies per hour. This equipment can produce gummies in one or two colors.

Introduction:

Syrup Cooking System

-It can dissolve sugar and maltose rapidly, can reach full uniform effects of dissolving  by add an uniform agitation.

-No sediments & over burned.

-With steam to dissolve, rapidly, economic and convenient.

-Jacket cooker, Cooling tank, Storage tank

-Working pressure: 0.15MPa

-Working Temperature: 0-150℃

2-Depositing and Cooling Unit

2.1 Hopper: All welding for food contact in the hopper are polished well without any hygienic dead angle. Stirrer inside the hopper for syrup average heating. Oil Hopper jacket is recycle type for better and average warming.

2.2 Special design manifold and nozzles make tail free.

2.3 Individual nozzles cone shape spray the oil to cavities of mold, for saving oil and sanitary condition.

2.4 High accuracy fabrication technology for deposit piston and copper sleeves makes the consistency of gummy weight. Helical gear box for depositing and mold driving makes it works smoothly.

2.5 Combine Static and Dynamic Mixer with piston type dosing pump for much better mixing with color and flavor and other ingredients.(flavor,acids, vitamins,CBD)

2.6 Status of each parts monitor in HMI is available.

Improved program of PID control for each parts high accuracy temperature control.

2.7 Special chain with OPP plastic remove parts.High quality mould carry chain and chain guide plate with chain fixing units makes mould moving smoothly without any problem. Chain type de-molding with two brushes installed and each brush with air knife for demolding.

2.8 Cooling tunnel:

1.Longer type customized AHU instead of standard short type installed in the cooling tunnel for better cooling affection.

2.Freon will be R134A or R410A for policy requirement.

3.All sanitary design structure and IP65 electrical standard makes the tunnel washable by washing water.

4.Blue PU belt instead of white PVC.

5.Chilling system with de-frost heating elements in AHU makes the humidity in tunnel lower than normal.

6.Reasonable cooled air flow for high performance of cooling

 

2.9 Mold samples and drawings: The mold shape and size can be customized .The mold surface coating with Teflon ,easy for demolding ,and make the gummy shape clearly. Advance type:(pictures just for reference ,each mold with 20pieces gummies, OPP plastic remove parts)
