Counting quantity can be set from 3pieces to 3000 pieces per bottle.

The design of heavy duty stainless steel with polished welds on all horizontal surfaces prevents dust building up in operation. Seamless design prevents potential product contamination.

This machine is equipped with advanced detecting system including of a dust compensator and built-in spike controller. The sensor adjusts its sensitivity automatically to offset the gradual accumulation of “dust” on the sensor window.

Product contact materials are all made of 316,304 Stainless Steel or PE.

Auto rejection system removes incorrectly-filled containers off the conveyor and resets the correct counting amount. This machine is programmable to stop immediately when containers are incorrectly filled.

The machine structure as below:

Introduction:

The product (pill, Gummy, capsule etc.) that you want to count is feed into the feed bin. Then Operator can be observed through windows inside of feed bin.

The bin stopper is adjustable, and control the flowing of product is from Feed bin to vibrator plate.

The vibrator device is composed of three vibrator plat-Front plat, Middle plat and behind plat. The function of three plats effectively separate among products to form the stable flowing of product. And the dusting device is equipped under the flowing detecting and vibrate device. The dusting device sucks the flowing dust through the finely carved and screen hole.

When the product flows through detecting Sensor or Counting device), Detecting (Sensor or Counting device) can count the number of product. Rail separator and isolation device can be divided into 12 rails. Every rail can be counted by Detecting(Sensor or Counting device)

Detecting (Sensor or Counting device) is composed of 12 rail-valves that can be controlled. The product is got by every rail-vale after counting.

The product fall into the Nozzle by the falling device.

Then fall into the every bottle on the conveyor belt.

The empty bottle is conveyed under the Nozzle by conveyor belt.

The bottle is go on conveying while counting the number of bottle by the Sensor on the rail bar.

The position of bottle is controlled by the Bottle position control device.

If count wrong or find the imperfection bottle, all of them will be delete to Plate of defective bottle.

If the bottle is full in the rail but does not take place in time, the machine will stop at once.

The bottle is full that will be conveyed to next step.

Medicine powder stop polluted, the main body with Gummy count device is airtight, which can stop medicine is polluted and protect electrical parts.

Easy clean and remove

Medicine grain flow track perfect level design, which is no power produced and no overlap Gummy.

The counting technical is more advanced. The Gummy counter is done through 3D scanning technology counting the product. This technology can effectively detect unqualified pills.

Then accurate data will be transfer to touch screen by Sensor, and you will get it.
