Introduction:
This machine is for pouring sugar liquid into aluminum alloy mold quantitatively. The quantitative drive is pouring for the servo motor, and the piston stroke is the pouring stroke. It is necessary to manually put the mold into the lower end of the pouring hopper and turn on the pouring button. After the pouring is completed, the mold is manually taken out to complete the pouring.After the worker is proficient in operation, the automatic pouring switch can be turned on by PLC control for pouring. Reduce people labor intensity and increase production.

Equipment and process description
Put glucose, white granulated sugar, colloid, water and other auxiliary materials, which are the main raw materials for making pouring soft gummy, into the interlayer pan for cooking (the process will change according to different production processes). It is poured on the mold, the molded sugar paste and the template are cooled together, and then enter the demoulding section for demolding, drying after demolding, selection, collection and packaging to obtain the finished product.
The basic process flow table
Tilting interlayer pot dissolving sugar → manually added into the hopper → PLC control → pouring molding → cooling → demolding → packaging →Finished product
Application:
