Safety precautions

Danger: Use a power supply that matches the nameplate of the machine, as this will damage the device! Access to equipment must first cut off the power supply, otherwise it will cause electric shock accident! 

Danger: The heating and cooling cycler must be used to ensure that there is sufficient heat-conducting medium (water or thermal oil),

If the level is too low, the heating pipe will burn out and there is a danger of fire! The thermal conductive medium should be used within the specified temperature range!

Danger: Before overhauling electrical equipment or turning on  the electrical control box, turn off the total power supply, at the switch need to be left on duty, so as not to cause personnel injury by mishandling!

Warning: Connect the device to the earth, otherwise there will be a risk of electric shock or the risk of static electricity gathering!

Warning: When disassembling the pipes connected between the components of the equipment, first release the materials in the equipment and lines, so as not to cause material leakage, do a good job of protection and collection measures before disassemblying!

First, Overview

Multi-purpose kettle mainly by the kettle body, mixing device, transmission device, motor mount, process takeover,

The bus body is divided into two parts, the inner cylinder and the jacket, mainly composed of the head and the barrel body. The mixing device is composed of stirring blades and mixing shafts, the form of which depends on the design of the process. Third, Daily operation and maintenance

3.1 What to know before powering on

  • Before use must be complete reading and understand the entire set of instructions, the development of power-on status checklist, before power-on to do status check and confirmation. 
    • Understand the use of each component method, according to the production process combined with the equipment process to develop operating procedures, the operator training. 
    • Equipment operation process needs to be left on duty, in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
    • Equipment failure immediately shut down, according to the fault display to judge the fault site and cause, find the relevant professional personnel timely troubleshooting. 
    • After the shutdown, water, electricity, etc. facilities need to be turned off and one by one to confirm that each component is in the correct shutdown state.

3.2 The process of operation

3.2.1 Turn off  V02 and turn on V01 To transport material to the multipurpose Kettle B01 with a conveyor pump. 

3.2.2 Open stirring,(START   key start stirring in the control panel of the drive in the following image, STOP key to stop mixing, up arrow speed increase, lower arrow speed down) to high speed, heating up the material fully mixed. 

3.2.3 Turn on the heating cycler, stir to adjust to the appropriate speed, and set the temperature to the process temperature.

If vacuum operation is required, the equipment needs to be vacuumed before heating is switched on.

3.2.4 If there is reflux processing, the V03,V05 control backflow can be adjusted.  

3.2.5 When processed, turn on V04 to release the material and turn on V07 to release the solvent.

All parts of the multifunctional reactor in contact with materials are designed with SUS316 material, which can withstand various natural extracts.

Fourth, the working principle of the reactor

The CBD fraction in high levels of industrial hemp material exists mainly in the form of cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), which will be converted to CBD by thermal decarboxylation, where heating causes the molecule to lose its acidic carboxyl group. This decarboxylation process can occur either immediately, for example when the cannabis material is lit, smoked or vaporized, or slowly, or if the plant material is kept at room temperature, it degrades slowly over time.

Fifth, A method for extracting CBD from industrial hemp

Add 4-15 times of crude CBD oil weight 92% or more ethanol back to dissolve, freeze the solution (the above steps using equipment: centrifuge), filtration, filtrate recovery of ethanol, ethanol recovery clean under pressure (the above steps using equipment: falling film evaporator) after heating to 120 ℃ -180 ℃ vacuum decarboxylation reaction for 20 minutes to get decarboxylated CBD oil. (The above steps use equipment: reactor) pump the decarboxylated CBD oil into the molecular distillation material tank, with two-stage molecular distillation for CBD enrichment, the first-stage molecular distillation 60-100 ℃, pressure 50-200 Pa, remove the terpene component (light phase); the second-stage molecular distillation 100-200 ℃, pressure 1-50 Pa, remove the THC component (heavy phase), the second-stage molecular distillation of the light phase is enriched CBD, purity 80% or more. (The above steps use equipment: molecular distillation) can be used to crystallize the light component collection CBD, enhance the purity, to obtain crystalline CBD. (The above steps use equipment: crystallization kettle) (Specific parameters are determined according to the user’s process)
